If you are unable to attend and desire a refund or wish to designate a substitute attendee, call Site Solutions Worldwide immediately at: (866) 374-6338 AND send written notification to registration@sitesolutionsworldwide.com. If you do not contact Site Solutions, you are responsible for the full registration fee without exception. Refund requests must be made in writing and postmarked on or before June 18, 2010. After this time, no refunds will be issued. The refund will be your total amount paid to SAAS less a $25 processing fee for each registrant cancelled. Substitution requests must be made in writing as well and received by Site Solutions Worldwide prior to the conference.
